By registering for any event or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration
Conference registration is confirmed only after successful receipt of the applicable registration fee.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Medex Conferences reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration if false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.
Registration is personal and non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organising committee.
2. Payment
All registration fees must be paid before the conference.
Payments can be made through the payment methods available on the Medex Conferences website. Participants are responsible for any applicable bank charges, taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by their financial institution.
Registration will only be confirmed after payment has been successfully processed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Medex Conferences Organising Committee. Refunds are processed according to the published schedule on this page.
4. Registration Transfer
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitution request may be submitted. Transfers are subject to approval and must be requested at least 7 days before the conference.
5. Conference Programme
Medex Conferences reserves the right to modify the conference programme, change speakers or session chairs, rearrange timings, replace cancelled presentations, change the virtual platform if necessary, and amend the schedule without prior notice.
6. Conference Cancellation or Postponement
If Medex Conferences must postpone or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the organising committee may reschedule the conference, transfer registrations to a future conference, or provide refunds where applicable.
7. Virtual Conference Access
All conferences are conducted through officially designated online platforms. Access credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared.
8. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a compatible device, an updated browser, and any required software.
9. Abstract Submission
All submitted abstracts must represent original work. Acceptance is based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance.
10. Presentation Guidelines
Presenters must prepare and deliver presentations according to conference guidelines and submit materials within published deadlines.
11. Certificates
Electronic certificates will be issued to eligible participants following successful participation.
12. Recording & Media Consent
Conference sessions may be recorded for educational, promotional, and archival purposes.
13. Intellectual Property
Copyrights relating to abstracts, presentations, posters, and conference materials remain with their respective authors unless otherwise agreed.
14. Code of Conduct
Medex Conferences is committed to a respectful, professional, inclusive, and harassment-free environment.
15. Limitation of Liability
Medex Conferences shall not be liable for damages arising from technical failures or force majeure events. Total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws governing Medex Conferences.
17. Amendments
Medex Conferences may revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page.
